These terms govern the sale, build, renovation and delivery of vehicles by Nordic Rent&Motion AB ("we", "us"). By placing an order or sending an inquiry you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order becomes binding once you accept the quote in writing and pay the agreed deposit.
2. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit secures your build slot and the balance is due on completion before handover. Financing and leasing are offered through independent partners and subject to their approval.
3. Build & delivery times
Lead times stated are estimates confirmed in your quote. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Inspection & registration
Vehicles are prepared with inspection and registration documentation as described in your quote. Country-specific approval requirements remain the buyer's responsibility unless expressly agreed.
5. Warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty as stated in your contract. Installed appliances carry their manufacturers' warranties.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Place of jurisdiction is Stockholm, where permitted.
